Myself Shahina TK – Certified Yoga Instructor.
By continuous practice of Yoga for many years not only helped me to maintain my health and harmony of mind, it lead me to successfully complete many allied courses in Yoga like YIC from university of S Vyasa, QCI Ayush Level 2 professional etc to sharpen my knowledge of Yoga.
Soon I found I have to stretch more of myself to read Yoga in another light and it lead me to many other streams of knowledge like Hypnosis, NLP and TA to mention a few. It was like I began weaving a web with Yoga around myself. Yoga attracted everything related to it to my life. So I did MSc in Psychology and successfully completed Certificate in Counseling and Physiotherapy. Ever since my acquaintance with the new circle of professionals and friends, it has become the happiest things happening times for me, accomplishing the dreams I was following ever since my childhood.
She Nest's yoga classes have truly transformed my mind and body. I feel more centered and at peace after every session.
